Lookup exisitng Tags when creating new post#84

I am looking for a way to list/view existing tags used on prior posts so that when creating a new post, I can choose relevant tags that have been used in the past.

This would be helpful so that tags don’t become orphaned after 1 or 2 uses.

The most convienient & straightforward way would be to autocomplete them. This would be a great opportunity to also autocomplete Markdown. (Users could configure in settings whether they want a plain-text or featureful editor.)

For a plaintext editor, a click-to-insert-at-cursor-position list with all the tags somewhere below the edit field might be a viable solution. Or a drop-down menu with button to insert.
