Given I’m reading the blog in
https://herman.bearblog.dev/blog/
Unlike the search function on https://bearblog.dev/discover
which includes the posts from different blogs, I want to find posts which are only inside that blog. Could we have a search for it?
This could also work as a search function for content on your own blog. Even whith the same design of the current https://bearblog.dev/search/ which is great and works great.
This would be a great feature to have, both externally for readers to search content, and internally within the dashboard to find posts by content. Since there’s no pagination, titles themselves are searchable by default in the browser, so this would serve to search within posts themselves.
The key would be a lightweight solution that doesn’t require heavy scripting.
Agree with all of the above :)
That would be good to have this and enable serach for my blogs on bearblog.
Upvoted. Search will help when I want to link to my own previous post. Please consider.
yeah, I agree - it should be implemented, a search engine which could be customized.
Let’s assume you write in English and Spanish, and have the Spanish page.
You organize your posts in english and spanish, using tags, filtering them accordingly.
So, you could insert the engine such as:
“Search posts|tag:english” or even by language! “search posts|lang:en”
I also would love this feature, but ideally with it allowing for a full-content search of site content (not the post and page titles)
